How are you different from Airbnb or Booking?

We're not a booking platform. We're a curated list. We've looked at and tagged every place by hand from photos, satellite maps and source materials. Filters like drive time from your own town, level of seclusion, night sky, nearby trips, premium amenities or delivery services don't exist on the big platforms. You then book directly with the owner, at the best price.

What does "secluded" mean?

You can't see any other residential building from the garden. We verify it from photos and satellite maps for every place individually. Hosts living on the property (say, on a farm) don't break the seclusion. There's a separate filter for that.

How many places are in the database?

Accepted Answer

Currently 95 hand-picked places from more than 950 reviewed in Czechia. We add at least 20 more every month. We accept only about 10% of the places we review.

What is free and what does membership add?

Accepted Answer

The whole catalog is free and needs no account: all 95 places including photos, map, filters and trips nearby. A free account adds favourites and owner contacts (5 places a month). Membership adds unlimited contacts, negotiated owner benefits and saved-search alerts that tell you as soon as a matching place appears.

Which countries do you cover?

Only Czechia for now. We review and tag every place by hand from photos, satellite maps and source materials. We can only do that honestly where we know the terrain. We'll expand to more countries step by step, but the bar stays just as high.

Question 6

How do I get a free month?

Accepted Answer

Invite a friend with your link in My access. You both get a full free month: they get it right away, you once they've signed in on three different days and opened at least 5 place details. The months add up, so invite as many friends as you like.
